The Ebsco eBook Education Collection features more than 4,000 quality e-books supporting leaders and faculty in the education discipline. Titles range from introductory texts for undergraduate coursework to more complex and detailed works for advanced students and scholars. Also included are support materials for teachers and professionals working in K-12 and higher education classrooms, covering topics from curriculum building to student behavior and dynamics.
All titles are available with unlimited user access, so you don't have to worry about someone else returning a book before you can read it. The Ebsco host iPhone app allows you to access Ebsco on your Phone and iPad, here's how to install it:
1). Download the 'Ebsco host' app from the App store.
2). Logon to Ebsco using the Lowther network (ie at school, or via LowtherNet).
2). On the Ebsco Homepage click on 'iPhone and Android app' at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to enter your email.
3). You will be sent an email with a verification link, click on this link and it will take you through to the app. This will ensure you can also access the Lowther Hall subscription to Ebsco via the app.
