This week, you have a choice of doing the drill with a ball or without, or, if you can get a passer, you can make it a little more challenging. There is an example of with or without Ball/attacker, the first set is just the movement the second adds a ball or a passive attacker. Not all require a passer/attacker. There is a demo in this video you can watch with the speed slowed down for you to see the movement better.
